The PTO balances on the IBEW checks will be updated for the first full paycheck of 2026 (check dated 01/22/2026). The checks dated 01/08/2026 will not have updated PTO balances for 2026.
Beginning on January 1, 2026, the standard mileage rates for the use of a car will be 72.5 cents per mile driven for business use, up 2.5 cents from 2025. The union expense form on the IBEW Local 2032 website has been updated accordingly.
We continue to work on grievances at a Step D level with the company. Please be sure to check your email for a letter regarding any open grievance you may have and the resolution. Your Arc Flash clothing allotment of $750.00 should have been allocated as of January 1, 2026. You are only allowed to roll over $500.00 annually so make sure you plan accordingly.
