Employee W2s for tax year 2025 will be available within the next few weeks (no later than 01/31/2026). All employees will have the ability to access the 2025 W2 electronically on MyADP. For employees that have not selected to receive electronic W2s, a hard copy will be mailed to the employee’s home address on file (Please note, this is not the same as paperless pay stubs).
To access your electronic W2, please log into MyADP.
- On the Tax Statements tile (the same page to access the pay statements, select the tax year from the drop-down menu. Only available W2s will list in the menu. If you try to access 2025 prior to it being published, the option for 2025 will not be visible.
- Select View Statement to access the W2.
