- Allison Pharoah, Cameron Cartier and Justin Planty (STL) have been awarded the distinction of Journeyman Operator. Congratulations to all three members on their hard work and dedication.
We would also like to thank all the members who expressed interest in the two open Executive Board positions previously held by Randy Woodside and Terry Cook. After careful discussion, the Board has appointed Wade Felix, a Journeyperson Electrician (STL), and Matt Webster, a Journeyperson Mechanic (STL), to fill these roles. Their first official meeting will take place in July, during which a new Chair will also be chosen. We extend our sincere appreciation to Randy and Terry for their years of dedicated service, leadership and commitment. They will be greatly missed, and we wish them all the best in retirement.
Additionally, Nate Barney, Hotstick Lineperson (STL), has accepted the open delegate position at the Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence County Central Trades and Labor Council. We are grateful for his willingness to represent our organization in this capacity.
